InspIRCd with SSL only
Generate self-signed server certs:
openssl dhparam -out dhparam_4096.pem 4096 openssl req -x509 -nodes -newkey rsa:4096 -keyout key.pem -out cert.pem -days 1024
Configure in inspircd.conf
